Hoo Am I?

1. Are you married/in a relationship/single? For how long?
I have been married now for 30 years, 31 on June 6th.



2. What do you do for a living? Do you enjoy it?
First and foremost, I am a stay-at-home mom.  Secondly, I am a work-at-home medical transcriptionist working part-time.  Thirdly, I own a small Etsy shop and spend lots of time creating for that.  I enjoy all three very much.


3. In what state do you live? Where were you born and raised?
We currently live in Arizona.  I was born in Salt Lake City, Utah but have lived in 3 states prior to this last move here.


4. Do you have children? If so, how many? If not, do you want them?
I have 6 children including 3 daughter-in-laws, 1 soon-to-be son-in-law and 1 grandson with another grandbaby on the way.


5. Who is your favorite blogger to follow and why?
I love stuph-from-steph but I follow so many others.  Her's is my favorite one just because it reflects a creative life with a really wonderful peek into her family.

Hoo Am I?

1. Do you ever burp out loud in private or public?
Not really, at least when I can help it.
2. How often do you get sick each year?
I'm pretty lucky...I usually only get a cold a couple of times a year.  I can't remember the last time I was really sick.  Knock on wood.
3. Would you rather paint a room in your house yourself, or have someone else do it for you?
Both, depending on the painting project.  I really like to have a group and work together.
4. If you get 30 minutes to yourself, what do you do?
Right now, sew.  I'm preparing for a boutique, so that's eating up most of my time.
5. Do you allow people to wear shoes in your house?
Yes.  If I could do it all over again, no I wouldn't.

1. Name two things you consider yourself to be very good at.

     Sewing and planning things on paper. 
2. Name two things you consider yourself to be very bad at.
    Keeping a clean house and putting into action the plans I put down on paper.

3. Do you believe everything happens for a reason?
    Yes.  Even the hard things in life can lead us to really wonderful things.
4. What is something you have eaten lately that you shouldn't have?
     Ultimate Red Velvet Cheesecake at Cheesecake Factory.  Hmmmmm. 
5. Do you think the time should change or leave it alone?
    Leave it alone!!!  But, I live in Arizona where it doesn't change, but it messes with our contact with    people in other states.

Here are this week's questions

1. What is the most physically painful thing that has ever happened to you?
  Are you kidding?  Childbirth times 6!
2. What would you name your next child or if you don't have any your first child?
  Alas, I no longer have the equipment for childbearing...and I love the names of all my children...but if I had to name a child it would be Maleeya (Ma-lee-ya). 
3. If you could add one feature to your car, what would you choose?
   Tinted windows.
4. If you named your house (or car or computer) what would you name it?
   Today, I would name my house after a hurricain.  It's not a pretty sight today.  Our cars are usually referred by their colors, ie, blue truck, white truck, black truck....we've owned a lot of trucks.  My computer? Hummm, depends on how it's acting.  Mostly not nice names, I'm afraid.
5. What is your dream occupation?
   A nurse.

1. How many times a year do you get your hair cut?  3-4 times a year...I'm rather lazy about that.


2. Where is the worst place to be stuck waiting?  Dentist's office....I hate everything about dentists.

3. What are your favorite pizza toppings?  Alfredo sauce and chicken

4. What's your favorite thing about where you live?  The really mild winters (Arizona)

5. What's your favorite fruit? Strawberrries Veggie? Potatoes
